Originally we were going to sell all our stuff and just send boxes of personal stuff,but it was so expensive just to send 10 or 20 boxes,we thought we would get a self load 20ft...

Thanks, we will try and allow for a waiting period, i.e with savings.
But knowing we will get some help will be of some comfort.

Habitual Residency should'nt be a problem.We will be able to show that we have returned for good,and intend to stay.

Be very very careful about moving if your not sure about a strong marriage. The last thing you would want is to be stuck in Oz, separated and not allowed to leave.

Thanks, had a look at stockport and some of the housing seems affordable.
Choosing which parts are "good" is the hard part.
Hazel grove, Bredbury,Romiley......Anyone know ?????

Sounds great. Had a look on rightmove and is possible to buy for around 180GDP. We looked at Tytherington houses as well ( waaaay too pricey ),but the school sounds good.
