Carpenters are near impossible to find in Toronto. Each time I need to spend an arm and a leg and these guys often lack skills. You would do well however to make money you need to join a mafia club...

If he is applying for upto K12 he could qualify for free education. Post secondary is not free.

I had my renewed from Washington and they wanted my original birth certificate and the process took a fair bit of time. I would have been better off applying from the UK.
