We're off to Adelaide and had 3 shippers price up. We've sold most of our big stuff so are only taking approx 200cu ft. All 3 quoted just under £1200 only difference was timescales.

We're hoping to move over to Adelaide in the Autumn. We're going over with open minds on jobs/professions but I will probably continue my current engineering trade and diversify at a later date....

With the STNI does it not mean that once you've entered the state you have to stay there for the required 2 years thereafter - or can you visit and return and still leave the visa running?

As far as kids go I think it's important to be in an area where there is plenty of houses - not back to back tenaments but decent housing....

Is the beach more sandy at Seaview Downs as I understand it's quite rocky up your way. When you say older houses do you mean run-down older or just not new build style.

Hi just wondering if an agent is required if applying for STNI.
My situation is I have all the quals/trade papers(apprenticeship) & job is on the list - so is the application a straightforward task...
