Well, I am in the same boat. Got all excited by check EAC #. Except we never got a NOA. Kids did. Come to find out the transposed A# on the computer. Trying to clean this up now.

Hi all

Well, after a good but busy 2 years it's time to deal with the USCIS again. Mailed I-751 on Oct 19 to VSC. And sure enough we have problems again. They put my Son's A# on my Wife's...

There is no website. Once the approved I-130 is forwarded by the US-CIS to NVC it can only be tracked by Phone. The NVC number is 603 334-0700.

My wife's I-130 (5/26/04) was approved by VSC 3 weeks before the K3. She is comming on K3 Sep 4 (Aug 24 Interview) and will return to Moscow for the GC Interview sometime in November. That get's us...

My K3 still shows "we received your RFE info Feb 4...." But my Interview is Aug 24. In other words just like everything else don't trust it.

Well, with 14 to go before it runs out anyway and 27 days before K3 Interview I finally got the 2 year HRR waiver approved.

In your case the Answer to #25 is N/A. All the columns in #25 pertain to previous visits to the US.

Well, all I know is that the IV fee bill said not to use the DS-230 of the computer, but use the one they will send us after they receive the IV FEE.
