Dear group,I had a question about #25 in form DS 230. My fiancee has
never traveled to the US, but on the right side they have two columns,
TYPE OF VISA and "A" NO. (if known). I'm a little confused because it
seems that she was assigned an "A" number when I received the NOA1 (we
are doing a K-1 visa, we have just recently recieved the NOA2.) Would
she have to fill in anything for "A" number, or in the "TYPE OF VISA"
column?Thanks.

kud,
Why is DS-230-I question #25 not applicable?
It is very applicable and the answer in Mike's fiancee's situation is "never". The form clearly states as much.

JEff, thank you also for your reply. I read the instructions of the
box and it is clear that under the "FROM/TO" column, I must write
"never," but my question pertained to the 2 columns on the right side,
"TYPE OF VISA" and "A NO. (if known)" My thinking went like this: I
am preparing an I-129f visa, so would I write "I-129f visa" in there?
But now that I think about it, it doesn't make sense to write anything
in there if I already wrote "never"...

Good Luck!

Mike,
This is all 1 question. And it's a question about the past, not the future.
"Never" says it all.
