OK, I just got of the phone with Visa Services. The DS-230 can be pulled of their Website at the following address

http://travel.his.com/visa/frvi_forms.html

But NVC says you can not use a form pulled of the computer. There is no warning on the Website.

Call (202) 663 1225 and complain that there is no warning and that under the e-gov directive you should be able to use it if they post it.

What? we used it this year for DV lottery. got a visa.

I used the one off the computer so I could type it and not have to hand write it. It was approved.

Well, all I know is that the IV fee bill said not to use the DS-230 of the computer, but use the one they will send us after they receive the IV FEE.

It is the fee for the Green Card (IV = Immigration Visa)
