her taking UK citizenship wont affect her US citizenship nor the visa application in any way....it just makes life alot easier and cheaper later on if you ever want to or need to come back

to answer your questions...yes, the I-130 is the correct form, your wife would file it with the US Embassy in London.
Although you would be starting fresh , the I-864 is the correct financial...

An employment offer in writing will be a big plus and should go well with a few thousand in savings, although the rules tare changing this year, i believe the government are introducing tougher...

id say that you have to apply for a visa, but may be recommended for a waiver if it was below a certain amount, but since you were arrested for drugs means you are not eligible for vwp

i dont think they advertise as such, but their trucks do have advertisements on them , you can probably look at their websites and see if you can apply through there....no idea about the wages and...

yeah it is quite expensive , in central FL ,where i live, there are a few courses that are about $6K or $7K , and thats not including the DOT medical or anything like that, some of them even want you...

another thing that might help the whole process in general might be kicking the PAC's and superPAC's to the kerb, make everyone run for their position on merit and goals/policies , not whomever has...

i agree with Ian, the forms may be a pain in the butt and time consuming, but once you learn a little about the process , it is fairly straightforwards and very doable...
