It helped with my Saskatchewan Nominee Program application for sure, can't say how it would go with your express entry application, it cost me about $100 7 years ago I think it was worth it.

I have a BTEC National Diploma Level 3 in Business Studies, IQAS in Edmonton said it was the equivalent of a one year Canadian diploma

You don't have to use an immigration lawyer, do the paperwork yourself and save alot of money.

I'd want to see it and know if its an actual reading or an estimated, it annoyed me when Saskpower billed me for estimates which they later corrected when the actually read the meter.
