The costs in Spain in general are horendous. It's something we work hard to keep down but until the local loop is unbindled or fibre optic becomes widely available it'll likely stay high.

I had a similar issue when I moved from Arrakis BT but the bank are pretty good, have clawed back the money and now I'll start dealing with Arrakis by mail.

It's a hassle but well worth it.
