If you want English then it's best to Switch. We launched xxxx for just that reason (no link placed as I don't want flaming, sorry - Google).
However, we quickly found that English is not a pre-requisite for being a provider, we simply have to keep delivering a good service.

Hi, what I have found is that when I speak in my terrible Spanish they get so frustrated and put me through to a English speaking person.
