Doesnt look like it playamonte I think I have had that. They have a new address in the UK and also of course they have changed their name but still the same directors but new address and new name!!

I had a similar issue when I moved from Arrakis BT but the bank are pretty good, have clawed back the money and now I'll start dealing with Arrakis by mail.

It's a hassle but well worth it.
