Unless I am interpreting the article incorrectly, It seems that long term residents may move to another member state to work, if that other member state has not restricted the type work undertaken....

We live in an area that receives only movistar by land line, a meagre 3mg and up to 8mg by wimax but even that fluctuates and can be much less. We get our TV through IPTV and need 6mg stable signal...

I've been in 2 Mercadonas in our area where the announcements for opening hours, closure dates etc have been in English followed by Spanish.

Lots of Brits, Dutch, German and Scandinavian expats...
