This is something I've often wondered about, but like matt they aren't huge (7 and 5 year NHS ones, and a 3 year University one).

I'm still trying to understand whether or not its worth transferring our pensions... i'd rather wait a while to determine whether we will stay indefinitely, but if there is a severe penalty for...

This is an interesting thread... both my wife and I have NHS pensions (mine is 7yrs, Wifey's is 4yrs or so) and also a University USS one (2 years)... and we've been wondering what to do with them......

Now we're settled a little I thought I'd start stocking back up with wines... there are so many online retailers and of course one day deals sites (although not convinced of their offers on wine).

compared to other sites, particularly airlines, they seem quite cheap imo...

looking at auckland - london around 25th oct and to leave 31st oct... $2414 best price so far with thai airlines

its often cheaper to split your train tickets, say buy a return birmimgham to bristol and then bristol to exeter than a straight brum to exeter

i doubt the same works with airlines, it would cause...

splitting flight tickets?

hi, may need to pop to uk for a week or so, bad family news...

is it cheaper to split tickets like the trains, or is it not worth the hassle (or is it not possible)?

We have been here three months and whilst I agree that rental and food are more expensive (our rental is approx. 20% more, food is around 30% more) its not the complete picture... other things are...
