Online wine sales
Now we're settled a little I thought I'd start stocking back up with wines... there are so many online retailers and of course one day deals sites (although not convinced of their offers on wine).
Which online wine retailers do you recommend, and which to stay away from?

but I have always used .......

thanks for those guys... i've ordered a case from advantage... i'm also looking at the winesale site as well... looking forward to tasting some more nz wines

I have a bottle of Highland Park here at the moment for a treat
but I feel the price may not have been too reasonable
I find that Famous Grouse is acceptable and reasonable here, consisting of a small amount of Highland Park and other blends

One of the things I like about living in Auckland is all the wineries just outside of town that have cellar doors you can visit. There's a whole load of them out west, and a few in other directions too.
They are probably not the best place to pick up bargains, and if Otago pinot noir is your favourite then you might have difficulty finding some from an Auckland vineyard but a trip round to a few, trying the wines and buying a few bottles to take home is one of my favourite ways to spend a day! (so long as someone else is the sober driver)
