Is it possible to lodge my 176 application without my wife's IELTS result and then submit it later before a decision is being made in my visa application ?

Hello All,

If I have a job offer in a state other than the state which sponsored my 176 visa, is it possible that I move and work in this state before my initial 2 years are finished ?

I need to know how points are precisely awarded for age in the new points test.
That is: if I am already 32 and not 33 yet upon application, will I get 30 points or 25 points ?...

Also, I heard that DIAC prefers migrating families, do you have any info about this ? and if it will affect the application in any way ?
