Yes, it has been disabled for a while now. As Bob said, it will take 12 weeks. Hopefully a bit sooner. The wait is a tough one, for sure. :-)

Just to update this Tycsee - I have been assigned a Case ID, so my initial thinking was wrong. :)

I would say you will probably be assigned yours soon, if not already.

Hi Tycsee,

I do not have a Case ID too. I was thinking that maybe the IDs are assigned manually, so if I am correct then it will be done on Monday or during a week day when people are at work.
