I am the Teacher and got a job almost straight away, though I still had a connections,which helped.BUT, supply work is always available and is the easiest route back into teaching.

OMG its not that bad.I have had 6 months away and though people are tightening their belts,they are still spending and enjoying themselves.A lot of it is media hype, but the tories wont last much...

I have come back to North Yorkshire from Alberta in Canada.The job situation is a bit slow, but it depends what industry you are in.I have already got a job,OH has had an interview but no job offer...
