Re: UK BBQ to US Convertor

I had a similar issue with a camping stove, I haven't found any way of converting so I've given up. It's not such a big deal as you can replace it relatively cheaply, just wish I'd left it back in...

Re: Need help/advice - L1 Visa holder trying to obtain mortgage?!

This was who handled mine, it wasn't straight forward and they needed a lot of back up information. I think I mentioned it before, it helped that my Company had a relationship with them. I really...

Re: Which do you miss most, British food or British TV?

Re: Which do you miss most, British food or British TV?

I don't watch that much TV but I do miss the UK comedy. I know a lot of it is built around panel games like QI but I didn't realize that format was so British. Some of the comedy is funny in the US...

Re: What American things do the Brits like?

I'd take back pictures of the blue sky and my pool, I can remember how much I craved that back in England. OK, it might upset them but it might mean you get some visitors.

Re: 95 and still a terror threat?

I really don't know what the problem is, I've spent most of the last 10 years in airports and never had an issue. I don't know why everyone has suddenly decided they are being innapropriately...

Re: Shoutout to Phoenix, AZ

I'm up for beer, I'm in Tempe for now so nearby.

I've tried most of the bars on Mill Ave, you can get a decent Guiness at both the Irish bars. Gordon Beirsch is good if you like the micro brewery...
