No, you're not alone..We came over Sept 04 and settled on the Gold Coast.

We have also been looking at doing this Market too at some stage in the future , it's supposed to be a very good Market. Better than Marina Mirage apparently.( I've never been myself)

I'll post an ad on BE Expats forum as soon as ...My target is to have them by end of January..just sorting out the Ashes/Christmas and label designs....Making the sausages is the easy bit :)

Yes we are very busy still making our fantastic Pork Pies, pasties etc. You can find them at the New Farm markets, Mitchelton Farmers Market and Noosa Farmers Market.

We just about got it right, no pork pies left! which was good, as we sold the last one just as we started to pack up. We could have done with a lot more Cornish Pasties though.

On the face of it you wouldn't know that the Gold Coast was affected at all.
Really feel for those that did get it bad though.

Our Club house at Musgrave Soccer was flooded out a metre high...
