You probably haven't had any replies because no-one knows where it is.
Just had a look and anyone in Coomera, Helensvale, Hope Island or general area wouldn't be too far away.
We're in Helensvale? What are you trying to find out?
Paul.

I just wondered if anyone was living there, as it looks really lovely. So was just looking for some insider information about the actual community, schools etc.
I do know where it is: Heading south to Surfers on the motorway you take exit 57 which is the exit
to Hope Island & Sanctuary Cove and the entrance to River Links is about
1.5km off the motorway.
Thanks

Hi,
We're living in Monterey Keys at the moment which is next to River Links off the 57 exit. I haven't been into it but it looks like the typical new developments that are going up all over the place here. Local state schools in the area are Coomera, Oxenford, Helensvale, Pacific Pines, and others and there are quite a few private schools.
We have only been here 6 weeks but I'll give you my impression so far! We do have to drive to get anywhere as train stations are not within walking distance and buses don't come down our street, but has been no problem for us. We have been out in Surfer's, Southport (got a cab), Sanctuary Cove, Harbour Town, Hope Island Marina (local areas). Shops within driving distance and the new Westfield has just opened in Helensvale. There are several shopping complexes in the developmental stage around here, the area is going to grow vastly in the next 10 years I think. Getting into Brissie is an hour on the train, pretty easy. We like it here, as it is somewhat in the middle of Brissie and the southern beaches but we will be moving in Jan 06, to where who knows?!! It may not be right for everyone but we're happy.

Many thanks for your reply. I does look like a very nice place. We have friends that have bought a water front property there & are about to move in. So we will be visiting them next year, so we will be able to see for ourselves. But in the meantime I just wondered what others thought. So thanks.

I'm in Arundel and really like it, but there are so many good areas here.
