It is similar to other ME courses.

Full membership is approx. QR 28,000 plus QR 5,000 registration (one off). The club is grossly oversubscribed and depending who you work for could take anywhere...

There are a number of societies playing at the golf club on the academy in the evening.

Some are company related but the majority are mixed.

Still only one golf club in Doha.

As I said there is no such thing as a British curriculum. There is the English one, Scottish and Irish. All provide different certificates, some better than others e.g. Scottish.

I was out in Vietnam the other week and got my visa online from Star Vietnam, cost was about $16. Very efficient and when I arrived not many waiting at the visa desk.

As an example of walking into a job, the Qatari air force do not run any aptitude tests for their pilots, if you are Qatari you get in. Quite frightening when you think that the numpties are flying...
