Hi

Does anyone know if the Vietnamese embassy in Dubai is still open and whether they issue tourist travel visa's?

I'm going there in a weeks time and would like to avoid having to visit the embassy in Abu Dhabi to get one.

Alternatively if anyone knows of a reliable website which they have used previously to obtain an on arrival visa it would be appreciated as I've heard that there are lots of scams with these websites

Very efficient and much cheaper and less hassle than going through the Embassy.

FYI, don't panic if you get a document back from them also listing other passport numbers which aren't yours - they batch up the applications and it's normal and all works fine!

Got mine done in AD. Went and asked nicely if they could do it quickly, took them 20mins. Done and sorted.

I was out in Vietnam the other week and got my visa online from Star Vietnam, cost was about $16. Very efficient and when I arrived not many waiting at the visa desk.
