Hey all,

I sent my application FSW1 (Applying under the 38 job's list from late 2009) in mid October 2010. Ive got a signed for receipt from the CHC and since then Ive left it on the back boiler...

Check your visa instructions. I think I am on an earlier london specific visa app as mine states
4 photos per person.

No, don't worry about the company seal, it's been queried on here before and after all who has one !

Photographs - You need to write the name colour of eyes and height on one of them for each...

Thanks kalaar. So by that reckoning once yours was started it moved pretty quick. However what's your reference to the RCMP checks ?

Just reread the London visa supplement and you're right

Also the schedule 1 to 4 forms you originally sent to Sydney NS. Did you send a copy of those rather than rewrite ?

I've a 3.00 appointment at the solicitors to get my copies signed.

Did you send copies of everything bar the police certs which were originals ?

I'm a self-employed engineer I don't advertise my services clients are all large contractors etc. The customer letters are good though will sort a couple put this week. Cheers

There's a pub stoneybrook are FanshAwe I think that has a crazy/mini golf course. Very family friendly good food andenglish football if you're into it. a good crowd there I watched a cup final there...

Posted my app to sydney Mar 10 received 120 day letter mid July 10 stating application being processed under the rules of the 120 job list which a you correctly stated has been superseded.

1. Historical info going back to 18 was provided on the form only. You didn't supply references going back to age 18?
2. You provided references for past 10 years work...

Ok then so to summarise they Do require history back to age 18 ??

Also is this info required for only myself as the principle applicant or does my wife also need to submit this ??
