Join the party LL, FF and trumptons!
Lady Locket your AOR was the same day as ours, so it should be interesting to watch each others progress. Enjoy your recce in May...jealous
I'm keeping an eye on Stokesey's thread to see when It'll be our turn.

26th March we got ours, one month and nothing. I wonder how fast it must be applying for a german visa (assuming you weren't EU). Given their efficiency and all that.

Hi all,
Having a little stress! Our ecas updated last monday saying docs were recieved and pending review...but no letter yet! What do you think this means? Have searched other threads and the only people who seem to have not recieved a letter are FSW2 and 3!
Scenario 1 - returning the application because it's incomplete (checklist changes - my contracts etc. If so how long do we get to complete it fully?
Scenario 2 - Do not agree hubby fulfils NOC code duties
Scenario 3 - delayed/lost in post
I know it's only been a week but....

Maybe 30 days, but if it otherwise incomplete, proofs aren't definite, they can and will make a decision on what you have submitted.
Scenario 2 - Do not agree hubby fulfils NOC code duties
Refusal
Scenario 3 - delayed/lost in post
They already said that it has been received, what more do you want?
I know it's only been a week but....
You probably won't hear anything more, other than medical, if approved.

Re: AOR from London Mar & Apr 2010 - Progress updates
Thanks PMM for your reply. I am continually amazed at the time people give on here to help.
Sorry if I am being dull but when they say 'pending review' does that mean waiting to go into process then?
If the ecas update is all I get then I am more than happy and don't want anything more. I just wonder why there are inconsistencies and some do and don't get letters?
Thanks again
