XE.com is the option I went for....

Reason being is I can move any amount providing it doesn't exceed the cap given to my XE account and they charge a flat fee of £12.50 per transaction...

I'm not worried at all... except for the missus waiting for me during the POE... and the mother-in law!! Whats an extra 10-20mins compared to the rest of our lives together! :)

Yay!!! Passport received and stickered with a temp visa. All the questions I had, have all been answered via the wiki and other help members on here.

Though, the only niggly bit is the extra wait...

Yes, same here. Had the MMR and a tetnus jabs, though the tetnus was marginally close to expiry since having one years ago. Decided, to be safe and take the booster. Gawwd did the arm feel dead!
