WOW!

That's a huge mistake / oversight.

A lesson to us all to carefully review your tax returns BEFORE, signing off on them.

"so if we was to apply for a fiance visa,whats the likely hood of acceptance/refusal? then after we have the ceremony etc' we apply to change her status...
