So, i'm finally going back for a visit in April :)
I've had 2 jabs but not had the booster.
Does anyone know if I need to get it? & do i have to have any tests prior to leaving the country?

regular uk money transfer

I send 250 pounds back to the UK every month & get hit with a charge via ANZ & the recipient in the UK gets charged also (receives 243 pounds)

Does anyone know of a more cost friendly way of doing...

I got it for $2040 in the end which isn't that bad....& got everything i wanted.....Brisbane to Dubai wait for 2 & 1/2 hours then straight to Birmingham :-)

I dont seem to be able to get a break when it comes to booking flights back to the UK.....spent hours looking on the internet. Will cost me $2400 to fly brisbane to birmingham 30/3 to 15/4 :-(

yes, 100% have to leave......i applied offshore so have to be offshore when granted.....see message below from my C/O

Thanks for the suggestions.......after looking on the internet for hours on end I have finally booked something!!

Using some air miles i had with emirates (22,000) I have booked to fly from...

I need to be offshore for 3 "working days" to get my visa sorted & am looking for the cheapest option....cannot afford to spend thousands......anyone got any ideas?? would need to fly from Brisbane...

Just checked my e-mail to find a nice e-mail from immigration advising they are ready to grant my visa & I need to leave Australia to allow them to do so :-)

The 12 month visa is valid for 12 months......i.e. if it is granted on 1st January 2012 you have until the 1st January 2013 to enter Australia.....once you have entered you get 12 months from that...
