"B1 in lieu of H1" is the visa hubby has been approved for.

He has been advised on what he can and can't do once there.

Yes, would make application very clear that it is only needed for a few weeks and it's for our wedding ceremony.

I'm still not in Houston yet, but good news is that the visa has been approved and hubby is coming over mid June :D I'll be coming over in July time.

We went to the window, and we were there for maybe 4-5 minutes. He asked My hubby 2 questions "whats your job doing" "what are your specific duties" he asked me...
