We are here not talking about should we pay back what we borrowed or not, it's an obvious answer here.

Just feel that the keep calling/disturbing people who is outside of the country is silly....

Actually nice talking to you. I do agree with you that people should pay back what they owed, but the bank should be more clever. Do you think that would really help any for just making a few phone...

How do you know he knew? And this question could be asked like if the bank knew... why they still let money out in the first place?

I do agree with you that the bank needs to chase their money...

Anyone used PennyTel VOIP in UAE? Is it working there? I have used it in Australia and China, it's quite good. I'm thinking of take one to UAE.
