I found it similar to the insular way that you hardly ever get the AFL or NRL results reported in the UK. Possibly something to do with it being a different country.

Manly West SS does have a managed enrollment plan which includes a catchment area, but the school is not currently oversubscribed, so the plan does not need to be enforced.
