I'm actually a bit worried now as I sent passport photos in that were wrongly sent back to us. Tried to phone them to confirm procedures first, but they were no help at all.

Yes it is for applications inside the uk, but it also works at the very late stages of outside uk applications. It is however Beta, so don't rely on it too much!

I have a feeling that it's got something to do with how New Zealand applications are processed as it's not the first non-priority from there that I've seen processed very quickly!

Seems like someone did try, but as they said it would cost them over £600 to comply with they managed to get out of it. They also seemed to take their time doing it, but still within the 20 working...
