We contacted ours 2 months prior to going. We get 3 people round and all said they only needed two weeks notice (for info we got quotes from PSS, Doree Bonner and John Mason and went with PSS).

Congratulations - the areas you mentioned are exactly the same as the ones we intend to look at. We land 30th May and will be in Cleveland for up to 3 months til we decide exactly where to settle.

Myself and family intend to take a two week holiday in the US in May this year with onward travel to Australia.
