Partner visa dilemma

Hi I'm a PR and my partner is on a de facto visa but were on the verge of a breakup, can she stay on a 457 and how long would it take for her to get one? Can she go on a bridging visa?

When can a migrant claim dole in Australia?

Hi i migrated over here 2 almost 2 years ago, ive recently lost my job and really struggling to find another, Im a PR but not sure if and when i can claim Centre link (dole)?? can anyone help?

I lodged a partner visa March 12 2011 and got it granted 17th August 2011 so took 5 months 1 week. and we have until April 2012 to enter

Hi my prtner and i are moving to perth in 4/5 weeks but in 6/12 months time she will need an operation on her foot doing to remove a bunnion, she can fly home and get it done on NHS or stay over...
