Default Partner visa dilemma

Hi I'm a PR and my partner is on a de facto visa but were on the verge of a breakup, can she stay on a 457 and how long would it take for her to get one? Can she go on a bridging visa?

It's pretty obvious that this 'break up' was planned before you even left the UK.

People on this forum offer advise and support to genuine couples. It's pretty low of you to try to use them for your own ends

I Why don't you focus on making the relationship work instead of constantly working about what will happen if it doesn't, people might be more helpful then

2 You've already asked twice and been told what happens if her temp spouse visa is cancelled. She either leaves the country or gets herself another visa within 28 days, if she qualifies for one.

3 If she has a company sponsoring her, and meets the criteria for a 457 she can apply for one. It will take as long as it takes. DIAC might give her a bridging visa, they might leave the spouse visa running.

4 If she has a PR Spouse visa this is all irrelevant as she can stay anyway.

I just read your 'contributions' to this forum since you first joined! Not very good at covering your tracks, are you? Classic 'how to get a mate in by the back door' stuff.

People like you make me sick.
