Hey Polly, if you are a Forest fan, are you aware that overseas EFL fans can now subscribe to see all of their games live?

Re: Is this scam call?

I just don't answer the phone to any number that isn't in my contacts.

If it's someone who's genuinely trying to get in touch with me they'll leave a message.

Re: UK election poll

May will win, and probably with a reasonable majority, but I'm crossing every finger and toe possible that Uncle Jezza somehow nicks it

Re: Londoner taking the plunge(!)

$110k is plenty for a singleton to live in either city and have a great time, especially if you don't mind house sharing. If you want your own place you may be a bit more limited.

Re: "Expat" vs "Immigrant" ... Is the title of this website perpetuating racism?

"Don't judge me based on where I was born!"

Re: Bye bye Liberal Government..... will you ever learn.

There's no maybe about it, the facts and figures are right there. Just trying to temper your slightly OTT previous post.

I like your anecdotal generalisation about "nice areas" though.

Re: In, or out

Its like being in a shit pub really late at night.

If you leave there's nowhere else to go and you'll just end up having a dodgy kebab, being sick on your shoes and probably getting into a fight...

Re: Australia has 'third world population growth'

I was referring to everyone, hence the use of the word "all". Don't be so paranoid :p

Good to hear though.

Re: Mortgage Default in Scotland from Australia

Had a mate who did the same in the US when it all turned to shit over there.

It'll no doubt bite you if you do ever go back but I don't think they can 'get you' while you're over here.

Re: Difference between Melbourne and Sydney

Biggest difference overall is probably the climate in my opinion, the rest is much of a muchness.

Well yes. There is also this stuff called water that keeps a lot of people out. The Uk and Aus has found it handy in that respect.

Your constant use of the term 'walls' is slightly ambiguous. If...

Re: Optus secure rights to EPL in Aus.

I am a big fan of the A League and regularly watch it. I also enjoy NRL, but I don't think either will be enough to keep on the expense of foxtel for me personally.
