Re: Soffro di cervicale / colpo d'aria

Re: Home schooling in Piemonte

That's interesting, a French friend of mine has just started homeschooling (or unschooling I think) her two boys in Canada. She is a member of a national network of homeschoolers, perhaps something...

Re: Back to the UK

Hi there,

Re: Back to the UK

There is also Eurovan and man, we used them as they worked out cheaper than superman 2 but that may depend on how much stuff you have and whether you are willing to be a "back load" i.e. they are...

Re: 10 things that annoy Italians about the Brits

I read this and went off to eat some orange cheese (red Leicester).

For my OH it's the bread that he doesn't like here. He spends a fortune on baguettes.

Oh and he was horrified by spaghetti...

We chose Cheshire because of family. My little girl goes to a pre-school on the site of my old primary school and I bump into people I went to school with, who are now mums/teachers. For someone...

Re: Moans, groans, grunts and wheezes.

It wasn't too bad, but I'm now on a French contract. I'm having to look up every sentence because it's all in legalese.

Re: Expats in Italy hit by new taxes and reporting rules

In an email from my Italian accountant the other day: Il pagamento deve essere effettuato prima dell'invio della dichiarazione dei redditi che scade il 30.09.2013.

I had thought it was about June...

Re: English restaurant opens in Bologna! WHAT HAPPENED?

Ha ha, my OH was appalled the first time he saw spaghetti hoops! He said "no Italian would ever dream of putting pasta in a tin" and I was saying "it's not meant to be Italian!" But then he tried...

Re: Moans, groans, grunts and wheezes...

Yes, I got one of those following a recent operation (not that recent- it was in Italy!) and it did say on it which painkillers I needed to take. But I think if it hadn't I would have refused to...

Re: First time child's passport
