I Guess That I Should Say Goodbye
Evening!
I know that I will dip in and out of BE AND I know that I have been a rubbish poster over the years but I do feel that some closure is in order. We have left Italy and have no plans to return. We went for work, it was fab whilst it lasted but we always knew when it would end.
So, I won't miss much about Italy but I will miss my friends. The children are really happy to be back in their own language - even though they went to an International School. We can walk to school, they play at the park by themselves, we can have fish and chips by the sea whenever we want. The list is endless at the moment. One thing I will miss when the time comes are the bright winter afternoons.
There were times when BE saved my sanity but most of the time I came to BE for a chuckle and you rarely let me down
So thank you all
xx

It might also be interesting to know how you get on with re-adjusting...as an ex-expat!
cheers

Which is worse: living in North England or London( certain cities starting with a B excluded).
Good Luck Living there, enjoy the Yorkshire Dales, the Lakes District and many other beautiful places and the warm and friendly people.
