I entirely agree with all the reasons you are going home. My partner and I both had good jobs in the UK and here it is impossible to get anything like the same and yet our cost of living...

MCSE is ok and would no doubt help but doing something like Prince2 in project management is in a lot of demand in IT. You can do the course online for $599 and then take the exam here or...
