Yes any RN nurse from Currently Living country can apply for greencard outside the usa . Also employer can file I-140 Directly and no LCA is required. Thanks

Since you had applied before 1st july you will receive the letter as per old ASCO Letter. It is your responsibility to Map the coding or do the reassessment on free of cost from acs....

You can't compare australia with usa . It is hard to get greencard in usa. It is my personel opinion. USA is too gooD: for australia and it is my personel opinion.
