We got an other CO and they request some additional information.....again.
The status page is changed to MET for the main applicant.

So i will sent this tonight so they can make a decission...

If i was you i would sent a PLE about the situation and try to give them a call.
They say, if you cannot meet the 28 days period or there are other circomstances you have to contact them.

I am a August 2008 applicant and changed to a State sponsorship in Februari.

I sent an email to our CO and received a reply. Our CO is out of office from march 17 till june 30.:eek:
So i really, really hope a other CO proceed with our application.

Maybee this is what you are looking for.
If you have a strong connection with Tas you could try to get SS.

We applied for SS for Tas in Feb, so just in time.

Hi Altavista,

We changed visa class from 175 to 176 state sponsored somewhere in the middle of Februari and have a CO since Februari 26. She requested additional info which we sent 4 days later...

This only counts if you apply for a State Sponsorship or ( if i am right) Regional skilled sponsored migration (RSMS).
But than you allready made the decision yourself, by applying for a sponsorship...

We switched from 175 to 176 in Februari. After the SS confirmation that the form 1100 was sent we got a CO in 9 working days.She asked for additional info about work experience, we sent it in 4 days...
