I've landed

Hi all just wanted to let you all know that I landed at Toronto airport yesterday.....I'm totally wiped out still but will share my landing experience soon once I'm a little more with it.

Yeah I don't know what happened this week but its great!

I dropped my passport off at the CHC yesterday....in and out in 5 mins (after a 90 mins wait HAHA!)

Did you go yesterday? I was there, guy in a red polo shirt and glasses i was near the very start of the line....in and out in 5 mins and got my raffle ticket!

High school finishes at 18, I'm not sure how UK exams (GCSE's, A levels etc..) match up with the canadian system but I would imagine a lot of employers will be looking for people with at least a high...

Chill OP, I was all like WTF at 1st, IMHO Abbr. saves time for ppl like me who have 1> windows open (right now i'm on BE, BBC, CNN, NASA & ESPN....not to mention CBC).

Well we can't hold off any longer and I've had to send the CHC in London a change of address letter...changing it from our address here in the UK to my mother in law's address in Canada.

I was just about to say the same...Spousal PR's are exempt from proving funds...still I'd take something is case you get an arsey immigration officer. :D

You can see my time line below. CHC started processing on April 17th I've heard nothing yet but I know others around me both just before and after have had there PPR....there doesn't seem to be any...
