Just spoken to the consulate. They have said that yes we should all be covered for healthcare in Spain (even in Communidad de Valencia!) under the new rules (according to EU law). They do not however...

I get a lot of these calls too. Thats why when I decided I wanted an upgrade I called them. That way I knew I was definately speaking to someone legit.
