They can start school at 3 4 or 5. The September after they turn 3 they can start in the nursery year in the British schools, the following September begins the reception year and they start year 1...

Hi, he would be moving within the same company he works for now in The Netherlands so does that mean he can apply for L1? He would though be paid by the US office.
