Hi, no he isn't always ill but where he works at the moment he gets full salary paid for up to 3 years in the event of long term illness. Thats alot to let go of I would say.

Yes this is the conclusion we came up with last night. It seems we get so close and then there's a problem.

We have been looking really hard to find a rural way of living in New Zealand.

Now I know it exists but OH has been offered work in north of Auckland and we were looking at the rural parts south...

When we were looking houses to rent or buy there, it does say approx 1 hours commute to Auckland. Does anyone know any better? We are desperately looking rural you see. :confused:
