I was asked to sign the state nomination agreement a week ago.

it state that i must remain at WA for 2yrs and transfer AUD$100k over as living expenses.

anyone signed that before?

I applied through an agent- and he never forewarn me that the CO would ask for such stuff.

Does it help to lodge an enquiry with DIAC when a Case Officer is not assigned to you?

I am seeing deadline (10days) for the assignment of Case Officer for our fellow state sponsored applicants...

oh dear, on dear! I didn't know that I needed to do that much things- I lodged through an agent- now I wondered if they had carried out their duties properly.

I am still waiting too.... I am state sponsored and applied under 176.... the wait is so agonising

I don't even know if I have a CO...:( I am a paper-based applicant.

You need to stay in Aus for at least 4 years in order to apply for citizenship, right? For RRV, it is 2 years.

I lodged thru an agent- he didn't even ask if I wanted a paper or e lodgement.

I trusted him- his professional advice and would act in his client's best interest. I came to know about all these...
