at least you have viewings. Ive got none arranged!!! Spoke to estate agents this morning and they have got someone who wants to be in this area and has just accepted an offer on hers which is good...

I understand that they are primary & secondary schools all rolled into one. Is one better than the other?

No i can actually check prices of sold properties that have sold a lot more recently. I can even see how long a property was on the market for, how much it was on for originally and each price drop...

We are trying to sell our 3 bed home and its just not shifting. It is not over priced as i made sure it was competetive. It is only £2,000 more than a 2 bed down the road!!!!

Unfortunately it doesnt mke a difference if we validate the visa or not as we are on a 457 visa which is a sponsored visa. Therefore if we cannot get over in the next 3 months there may not be a job...
