Re: Decent travel (roaming) SIM cards?

I used one that came with Covermore Travel Insurance when I was in UK earlier this year. Totally bad decision. I now have a cheapy 10 year old technology Samsung bought for 10quid and I used it...

Re: Not so obvious things that every new Australian resident needs to know

Re: British Passports when in Australia

Brilliant - sanity prevails! It was such a pain when they brought in that new ruling when they changed all the other passport renewal rules. I refused to send my Australian passport, and they...

Re: British Passports when in Australia

They will not accept copies of any other passport, but want the original passport sent to them. I wasn't happy about sending my Australian passport, which was why I decided to renew my Brit one...

Re: British Passports when in Australia

That's good Shaozzy.

I renewed mine at the London Passport Office whilst in UK in March. I had to be in London for business that day, so waiting around for 4 hours was not a problem. All...

Re: Do you have a pool

We are in WA and have a salt pool... we keep it up to scratch all year so we never let it go green - too expensive to get it back to what it should be. We also have solar heating for it so use the...

Re: Same sex marriage ban in Australia

totally agree:goodpost::goodpost:

As law stands at the moment, marriage is between a man and a woman. Same sex couples obviously don't fit that criteria so should have a civil partnership...
