Yes, We have applied thru an agent and have not got any timelime from them.

I dont think its of any use in lodging a complaint and it wont work and will only make things worse for us.

Yeah Pam, We have family out there. Thats the main reason.

Hopefully we should hear from DIAC by end of Dec or Jan.

We have also applied online for a 475 visa on 26Jun08.

Applying thru an agent and was asked to uploaded all documents including PCC and medicals.

All we have to do is just...
