Is anyone watching 'Mapp and Lucia'? It's fabulous. A real British farce. Episode 1 was on the BBC Iplayer yesterday and episode 2 today. Loving it.

I have it in my add-ons for Firefox list too - disabled but ready as back up should MediaHint ever fail.

Have just seen Roald Dahl's Esio Trot with Dame Judy Dench and Dustin Hoffman on the beeb. Absolutely lovely!

Yes, I think you are right. It is one of my all time favourite TV shows and now that I have Apple TV I can now watch previous episodes on Itv3

BBC News site has a brief run-down of several TV programs for 2015. many are cable-only, but there are quite a few on terrestrial, also.

Happy Valley was voted #1 series for last year on at least two surveys I am aware of. It's coming back again this year.
