We have just decided that financially we were much better off in the UK, our daughter is having a really hard time settling here too, and we just think, rather than 'give it a few years' we may as well get things sorted to go back at the end of the year, because we're all absolutely positive it's what we all want. We still have our house in the UK and our business's to go back to, so can pick up where we left off
We have enjoyed the experience and glad we did it, just so we're not forever saying 'what if'? I have even ( to a point!) enjoyed the winter! so we're not negative about anything and will enjoy the rest of our time here and have a lot of things planned to do before we go and family & friends visiting.
But, we are all very much looking forward to going home, even the cat
We didn't leave the UK because we hated it there, we had a really nice life but just wanted to experience a new country and see how it went??
We said from the start, we would give it a year to see how we all felt, by December it will be a year and a few months, sometimes you just know where you are better off & for us..........It's the UK
